1:1 coaching is a fully structured coaching system designed to help you train with purpose, improve your nutrition, and stay consistent long-term. You’ll receive personalised training through the fitness app, tailored macro-based nutrition guidance, and progressive programming that evolves as you do. Alongside this, you’ll have ongoing coach support and regular check-ins to keep you accountable, refine your goals, and ensure every phase of your training is moving you closer to your goals with clarity and confidence.

1 x 45min Session

A great option for those wanting more time to focus on strength, conditioning, and form. This session allows for a well-rounded workout without feeling rushed.

2 x 45min Sessions

The most recommended option for consistent results, with two 45-minute sessions per week to build momentum, improve strength, and stay accountable. helping you develop habits that actually stick while making steady, noticeable progress.

1 x 60min Session

A more in-depth coaching session with extra time for technique, education, and personalised progression. Ideal for those wanting a deeper understanding of their training and more detailed support.

Online Coaching

Achieve your fitness goals with personalised coaching, wherever you are. Online coaching includes a customised training program tailored to your goals, experience, and lifestyle, with ongoing adjustments as you progress. You'll also receive nutrition guidance, habit coaching, regular check-ins, and direct support to keep you accountable and motivated. Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving fitness, or creating sustainable healthy habits, you'll have guidance every step of the way
